It is a foundation that organised some 580 women from 42 communities of the state, who design pieces of crafts based on traditional textile techniques. Some leather pieces, such as bags and shoes, are then manufactured in León, Guanajuato. There are also huipiles, blouses and jewellery of local artisans. 30% of sales are returned to the Aulas programme in escuelas, which intervenes in the schools of communities (the 70% goes to the artisanes).
