Villa Rica is the city's best restaurant for seafood, fish and other regional dishes. You'll be amazed at the wide range of ceviches and fish carpaccios, the tasty soups, tacos and fish fillets. The food is a little more expensive than elsewhere in Veracruz, but the quality and freshness of the products explain this slight disparity. The place also offers a view of the sea and pleasant background music: the total for a good time.
