La Chiva is a courtyard that has been converted into a bar, and a tiny room decorated with antiques and old cameras. But the music is well chosen, and the atmosphere a little bohemian very nice. The place is frequented by university students, as well as foreigners who live in Xalapa. Ideal for a drink, to discuss poetry and to remake the world during hours in the light of the candles. Beers, glasses of wine and hearty dishes.
