The State of Veracruz offers a high potential for activities under the name alternative tourism: rafting, rapids, archaeology, archaeology, kayaking… This new generation of active tourism is also a mark of respect for the environment. Jalcomulco is one of the areas where this adventure tourism can be practised. To go there, go to Coatepec then head east or take Highway 140 towards Veracruz and 10 km exit for Estanzuela. Head to Tuzanapan to the south, then Jalcomulco to the east, near the river La Antigua in the area called Pescados where you can practice rafting, recall, horse riding, Tyrolean mountain biking, mountain biking and kayaking.
