The companies Aguila and ABC serve Cabo San Lucas (30 minutes), La Paz (3h), Todos Santos (1h30). Buses to La Paz leave every hour between 5:15 and 20:15. In order not to have to wait on the spot, think of booking your tickets in advance on the website of one of the companies mentioned above. If you can't, you can always do it at the dedicated ticket offices in the station hall (that's what the locals do).
