The restaurant is hosted by US chef Drew Deckman. It is a slow-food facility, which is responsible for producers and the environment, while offering tasty dishes that are fun to eat. The restaurant offers a different menu every day, depending on ingredients and seasonal foods. Each dish is disposible in 3 different sizes (tasting, normal, richer), allowing each guest to experience their own culinary experience. A good wine cellar that will allow you to discover the wines of Baja California.
