You've found it: the best puesto in the area (or even on the peninsula!). Go early, the place is crowded from the first hours of the day. As is often the case in Mexico, the presence of locals is a real guarantee of quality. The tortillas are as soft as you want them to be and the fish (whether fried or grilled) are tender and seasoned to perfection... Then you choose your condiments and the sauce that goes with them. Simple, cheap and extremely tasty. There are a few tables next to the stand where you can enjoy all this with a nice fresh Modelo.
