This restaurant is the project of the renowned chef Javier Placencia, who has made the plants and vegetables from his garden the focus of his culinary project: everything here is organic, and this also includes the meats that are given pride of place. In addition to the catch of the day and the salads, there is suckling pig, free-range chicken, lamb(barbacoa) and even rabbit. Or how to do local with universal techniques. Probably the best table in Todos Santos, in a very pleasant bohemian setting. If you had to try only one restaurant, it would be this one.
