The concept of the Cave de Marcel is to discover the art of cheese in a wooden atmosphere in the heart of the volcanoes. The visitor can admire, behind the windows, the cantal and the saint-nectaire, of which one can imagine all the flavours. All you have to do is taste and at the shop you can choose from a wide range of cheeses, including of course the Auvergne PDO cheeses.
