Zinzette, blésir sésame or pavot or auvernoix are prepared with local Auvergne flours, most of them stone-ground and additive-free. The store opens on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6.30pm, to the delight of gourmets. La Mie Chamalou can be found at the Saint-Flour market on Saturday mornings.
