La Cave à rhums is a workshop-boutique founded in November 2022 by Valentin Calvet, after a decisive stay on Reunion Island. As a local, artisanal creator of alternative spirits, he gives pride of place to Creole flavors, while asserting his roots in the Cantalien terroir. Driven by a passion for quality products and strong ethical values, his ambition is to restore rum and other spirits to their former glory. His best seller: "TalismanNo 1 " with Reunion blue vanilla and tonka beans.
