This is the restaurant that specializes in the emblematic shellfish of the Sea of Cortés, thealmeja (clovis). They are presented fresh, au gratin or tatameadas; they are then cooked under a bed of gravel heated to white by a fire of aromatic desert shrubs - a delight. You can enjoy them in this form every Saturday (buffet) but if you want to try them during the week, reservations are required for a minimum of five people. On Wednesdays, the restaurant offers an Italian-style menu, including pizzas.
