Third mission of Baja California, church that is characterized by its L shape and has a bell dating from the seventeenth century.
Founded in 1705, Mulegé is the third mission in Baja California. Built on top of a hill overlooking the oasis, its stone church was finally completed in 1766. Protected and very well restored, it is characterized by its L shape and still has a bell and the 17th century painting of St. Rosalie. Next to it there is a small viewpoint with a view over the river. It is possible to take a bath below.
