LE P'TIT COMPTOIR is both a cheese bar and a brasserie, located in the heart of the medieval village of Salers. In a warm atmosphere, the establishment offers a range of homemade dishes and other recipes on the slate. Our cheeses have been carefully selected to ensure a typically Cantalien taste experience. All platters are accompanied by charcuterie and bread. For example, you can try a traditional buckwheat crêpe. For a tasting experience that's as tasty as it is enjoyable, wine pairings will do the trick. If you'd like to try a Cantalien burger, we'll even serve it with the region's famous Salers beef. For your aperitifs, a choice of seasonal cocktails also awaits you on site. A great place to eat well!

L'établissement propose une partie épicerie avec des spécialités locales (fromage, bières, spiritueux et charcuterie).
L'aligot est excellent et la saucisse délicieuse. Le café gourmand porte très bien son nom et permet de terminer le repas sur la meilleure des notes possibles. Le menu est abordable, permet de déguster les plus belles spécialités que propose le cantal et les produits sont de qualité.
Le service est au top, les serveurs sont très gentils et souriants. Ils sont au petit soin ce qui rend la dégustation d'autant plus agréable.
