The Templiers restaurant serves traditional cuisine with pounti, truffade, entrecote de salers... The reputation of its home-made pork-butchery is well known. The connoisseurs speak about it and make it known. Don't be fooled by the names of the menus, the Knights or the Templars, it's a modern cuisine that we will serve you without moderation. Taste in season the suggestions of the moment or the boards to be shared in apéro, with a good beer! And as for the welcome, nothing to complain about, with the added bonus of a terrace for the summer! What more could you ask for?

Notre adresse préférée dans Salers. Y avons déjeuné une dizaine de fois. Très belle salade auvergnate. Beaux pavés de viande de Salers. Bémol: salle(s) un peu bruyante(s) MAIS terrasse (aux beaux jours...) agréable.
