FERME AL PAIS
Patricia, Bernard and their son Bernard Masson are settled in the heights - above Salers, towards the Col de Néronne. In the heart of nature, it is here that they raise their pigs and produce an exceptional delicatessen, regularly awarded a prize at the Gold Farmers' competition in Clermont-Ferrand. Their products are homemade and guaranteed without artificial colouring or preservatives. There's plenty to enjoy: more than twenty-two categories to test! A little crush on liver sausage with fennel: a recipe from Patricia that you quickly become addicted to.
If the family is present at the Aurillac market, we recommend that you go directly to the farm. There, you will have the chance to shop in a pleasant shop in the corner of a beautiful, typically Cantalian building. Impossible to miss it on the way to Mouriol, it is the stone farmhouse with red shutters!
