Just 10 minutes from the center of Valladolid, this project run by a Mayan family offers a unique immersive experience. Immerse yourself in the heart of their village and take part in a captivating gastronomic workshop where you'll learn to cook using ancestral techniques. For total immersion, choose to spend the night in huts built with local materials, prepare breakfast with her in the morning, then set off to discover two cenotes and an ancient hacienda. A must for travellers in search of authenticity.

Me encanta que el lugar se encuentre dentro de la naturaleza, la paz que se escucha y siente es incomparable, además el personal es muy amable y accesible, su curso es muy interesante y espero podamos poner en práctica los nuevos conocimientos

We had a fantastic cooking class! I’d recommend bringing a guide to help translate if you don’t speak Spanish, but not essential, we still had an awesome time!

We did the ancestral dinner as a couple and it was a true highlight of our trip to Mexico! The traditional food was delicious and the team explained everything to us in detail. I would definitely come back for their cooking class!
