Each day, according to market races, Chief Bruce Byng and his wife Julia are two or three different menus, consisting of 5 dishes. Once you're in the restaurant, Bruce knows about your food preferences, allergies, dislikes, and depending on your tastes, it chooses the 5 dishes that will be served. Dinner will be a surprise for your taste buds, but you should not normally be disappointed! This restaurant makes great noise in Puerto Vallarta, impossible to ignore.
