It is a magical castle, haunted by art works, exotic gardens and a small stream. An enchanting atmosphere that we owe to a Frenchman, Thierry Blouet. He brought with him to Puerto Vallarta beautiful recipes of international and mixed cuisine, since there is still a tamal of snails or a fat liver with the tamarin before moving to the fish of the day.
