It is a very beautiful, modern place, but decorated with taste and lucidity, which offers a fresh local cuisine of great freshness. Here, we focus mainly on products from the Bermejo Sea (other name given to the Cortes Sea): It would be a real globe sacrilege not to taste the callos of ground (scallops) or fried squid. Excellent premium desserts, wines from Lower California and artisanale beer.
