MUSEO DE LA REVOLUCIÓN
Museum located in former headquarters of the revolutionary, collecting a large number of personal effects
This museum of the Mexican revolution is located in the former headquarters of the revolutionary Pancho Villa, leader of the legendary División del Norte, assassinated in 1923. He himself did not live there long, but his widow ended her life there in 1981. The museum contains a large number of personal effects (the couple's furniture, numerous weapons, interesting photos of the revolution, etc.). One can also approach the car in which he was assassinated. Villa's death mask, made 3 hours after his death, is on display.
