MUSEO DE LA CIUDAD 450
Museum retracing the beautiful history of the region, and proposing very beautiful presentations of traditional habitats
This museum is housed in a neoclassical building also known as the Palacio de Escarazaga, built at the end of the 19th century around two large patios. The beautiful tour covers the entire history of the region. We start with the pre-Hispanic period and end up with the cinema shooting in the surroundings of the capital, passing by a very beautiful presentation of the traditional clothes. A small plus, the exhibition of the famous scorpions of the state of Durango, and the explanation on the discovery of their antidote in 1927.
