It is a pedestrian way that passes in front of the cathedral on a north-south axis. Along the way, you can admire a number of civil and religious buildings, as well as the pretty little squares around which some of them are built: the Jardín Hidalgo and the Parroquia Santa Ana, the Antiguo Colegio de la Compañía de Jesús and the Plaza del Cuarto Centenario, among other architectural delights. If you want to get a glimpse of the city, take one of the small tourist trains parked in the Plaza de Armas, not far from there.
