Museum with a collection of ceremonial masks from different regions of Mexico and other parts of the world.
Housed in a beautiful 19th century Art Deco building, the Palacio Martí (whose façade alone is worth a visit), this museum presents a rich collection of ceremonial masks from different regions of the country, from the pre-Hispanic period to the present day. It is accompanied by explanations on their use during dances and rituals. The museum also shows masks from other regions of the world. An original and fascinating discovery.
