This establishment, whose reputation is no longer to be done, specialises in regional Norteña cuisine. Wide variety of dishes on the menu: of course, there is the inescapable Cabrito of Monterrey, tampiqueña and chilorio, but there are more sophisticated plates, such as shrimps fed to cheese and home speciality, the Quinta Calderón net. A very nice setting, you can choose to eat indoors or in a garden.
