An internationally inspired (and mixed) cuisine that will surprise many: soya lacquered tuna or ginger honey, homemade foie gras, carpaccio of callo de hacha (mollusk), truffle polenta, ravioli of duck confit and foie gras and above all a Rib-eye marinated 21 days with ceps... Nice wine and champagne list.
