At this price, the only advantage you will have is to be ideally placed, 100 metres from the Marcoplaza. For the rest, it is an old hotel that had to have its hours of glory a few decades ago. If the noise and cold (in winter) don't prevent you from sleeping, take a room with window.

Basic as hotel but located in a central path (even if the hotel is not very attractive at night). Maze-like course to my room at the back. Quite dark because no windows but clean and quiet.
