The Bishop's Palace - Palacio del Obispado - was built at the end of the 18th century by order of Bishop Rafael José Verger, who made it his residence. It was the site of a battle during the American invasion in the 19th century, and now houses the Museo Regional de Nuevo León, which exhibits numerous historical objects (weapons, sculptures, paintings, religious art, tools). The mirador offers a panoramic view of the city of Monterrey. The largest Mexican flag in the country is displayed there!
