SANTIAGO CATHEDRAL
A beautiful Catholic cathedral in Saltillo, with four different styles, on a cobblestone plaza with a fountain.
Built between 1745 and 1800, the beautiful Catholic cathedral of Saltillo is distinguished by its four different styles: Romanesque, Baroque, Plateresque and Churrigueresque. The paved square, with a fountain, is surrounded by a covered arcade to the north, to the south by the Instituto Coahuilense de Cultura, and to the opposite, by the government palace, or rather, by the back of this building, since its main facade is on the other side, facing the statue of Cuauhtémoc, the last Aztec emperor of Mexico. Superb.
