This is an old hacienda that has been restored with respect for the environment (the wood used for the beams comes from forests that are owned by the locals and are subject to a reforestation policy). The century-old mortar floor was completely removed to be rehabilitated and then reinstalled, and the majority of the doors and windows are period. A magnificent work for a flawless result: welcome, modern comfort and restaurant of great quality. The rooms are elegant and tastefully decorated. A faultless service.
