Not really an official administrative body, not a mere association of cooperation either. Probably a bit of the two. Cowries means «Support Cell for Intercultural Relations in Senegal». Everything is said or almost. Originally created to facilitate North-South trade, this structure welcomes and supports groups and missions that intervene mainly in the school and cultural fields. Support is provided by the provision of a meeting room of 50 m 2 with video library, fax, telephone, computer with Internet access, photocopier and overhead projector. but also through the valuable advice of Denis, his great experience in the country and his involvement in improving and developing knowledge between teachers. This association benefits from numerous partnerships, including with the Senegalese Ministry of National Education and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, proof, if necessary, of the seriousness and effectiveness of the approach.
