Founded in 2002, the Senegalese Association of United Volunteers (SENEVOLU) is an association that works in community tourism by welcoming volunteers and travellers through volunteer programmes or cultural stays. It encourages the sense of responsibility of volunteers in the development of projects, as well as that of local actors in the reception of volunteers.

What do they propose  ? Several types of stay  : The cultural stay will familiarize you with Senegalese culture, the volunteer programme will place you with a local structure to help it in a social, environmental or other mission. In all cases, you will benefit from Wolof language courses and 5 days of training for long-term volunteers.

Where  ? Senegal

Prices and conditions. Minimum 4 weeks for volunteering, volunteer work from Monday to Friday in community projects, non-governmental organizations. € 525 for 4 weeks, € 90 for the extra month, including full pension, excursions and accommodation. Cultural activities (dance courses, djembé…): 100 € for 12 meetings.
