Created in 2008, this is the cultural section of the Spanish Embassy in Dakar. Dakar Culture is a meeting point between the Spanish and Senegalese cultures, offering a space to encourage artistic creativity and cultural innovation and dialogue between the two points of view.
Starting from the idea that culture is the basis of a country's development, it is proposed to help by offering training and a space for young artists to show their works, be they music, plastic arts, literature, cinema, dance, new technologies or folklore.
It offers free and open access activities for everyone.
