Accueil : nul, il y a un agent de réception qui n'est pas à sa place, j’étais même obliger de descendre pour lui parler devinez je le retrouve couchée . J'ai passé une nuitée regrettable à demander le changement de ma chambre impossible de bien dormir la climatisation mauvaise, le petit déjeuner nul des miettes pour un prix coûteux…
Je vous conseille de revoir votre service vous êtes cher pour un tel service déjà il n’y pas de détente ( piscine ) pour un prix et une mauvaise qualité de service j’insiste à revoirrrrrrr
Le plus surprenant une dame qui nous appelle bien avant l’heure de départ 10h 30 pour nous rappeler qu’on doit sortir . Quels manques de professionnalisme on sait lire entre les lignes à la réservation s’est noté et réglé la somme d’une nuitée alors pourquoi un rappel non courtois pour des soins disant commerciaux

experience très désagréable, chambre mal entretenue, papier peint décollé, douche non lavés avec touffe de cheveux au niveau de l'évacuation, savon ouvert et utilisé. J'ai fait une nuit et ai fuit aussitôt
