Near the Kermel market, this historic building with colonial charm has been in existence since 1906. It has preserved its authentic facades, its interior passageways and its patio with trees. We like this hotel for its friendly atmosphere, its friendly staff, its relaxing reading areas and its tasty restaurant. The structure has about twenty basic and well-maintained rooms in pastel tones, with private bathroom. The hotel regularly hosts exhibitions of contemporary African art and is transformed into a real gallery during the Dakar Biennale.

Hôtel de qualité correct dans le centre de Dakar Plateau. Les chambres sont propres et sommaires. L'accueil est très bon.
La qualité du lit et de la salle de bain serait à améliorer mais pour une nuit sur Dakar, ce lieu est tout à fait recommandable.
Le prix est plutôt élevé pour le Sénégal et reflète plus l'excellence de l'emplacement que la qualité des chambres.

Open since 1906. Good location not far from the Presidential Palace. The rooms are spacious with a good air conditioner, television, cable tv, no safe.
