HÔTEL PULLMAN TERANGA * * * * *
It is one of the most famous hotels in Dakar, because its 1970 s building is very recognizable, between Independence Square and La Corniche Est. Inside, marble, foil, small care staff and 230 rooms, of two types: with views of the sea or view of the sea. A high-quality business with air conditioning, ADSL, safe, telephone… Again, the hotel overlooks its lovely swimming pool (heated by fresh weather) and its garden on the Ocean. With the exception of the decoration, redone with taste, nothing really typical here. The hotel's restaurant, La, is open every day and night except the weekend where only evening service is guaranteed. Senegalese specialities are served as well as international dishes. From 22 h onwards; You can also relax on the Mandingo trail, the hotel nightclub. The most ambiancées evenings are of course the weekend.

Restaurant Manager did not care and the Food and Beverage director did nothing saying he couldn't because we used a credit card to pay.
Simply TERRIBLE....be aware of the lack of care and service.
Only good and caring person was the front desk manager...she was very kind.
From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a warm embrace of hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
The hotel staff, especially Gerti Guest relation manager at the reception manager exemplified the epitome of service excellence.
Also the warm embrace of staff Bocoum and Mousaa were great from first arrival at hotel.
Appreciate their efforts and greetings once you entered the lobby everyone shares greetings and smiles.
Their genuine care and attentiveness made us feel not just like guests, but like cherished members of the Pullman family. Whether it was providing insightful recommendations for exploring Dakar or promptly addressing any concerns we had, their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly commendable.
Moreover, the hotel's facilities were nothing short of exceptional. The infinity pool, with its mesmerizing views stretching out to the horizon, offered a tranquil retreat where we could unwind and rejuvenate amidst sheer luxury.
