Just a few steps away from the Place de l'Indépendance, Hotel Farid enjoys a prime location in the centre of Dakar. The welcome is very warm, the team professional, night and day. Spread over four floors, the 30 rooms are spacious, clean, modern and well-equipped. Some have a balcony with a view of the city, others have bathtubs. They are good value for money for the Plateau, and if you take half board, the Lebanese specialities restaurant with terrace is delicious, you won't regret it.

Nice for lunch by the pool. This is also in an area that I really like. It's very close to the US embassy and about a half hour taxi from downtown. The food here is really great and the staff was super friendly. You can lounge by the pool or you can eat at one of the tables if you like.

Excellente première expérience. Quand tu franchis la porte on est en face d'un très beau décor. Le service est de qualité et les repas qu'on a commandé était succulent. Les serveurs courtois aussi. Et le fait qu'il y ait une plateforme web où on peut visualiser les plats avant de commander est un game changer (well done sur ça)
Juste si possible d'isoler encore plus les fumeurs (chichas, cigarette)
