Librairie Aux 4 Vents Felix Faure is a must for book lovers in Dakar. Founded in 1974 by Monsieur Ali Meroueh, this family-run bookshop is a cultural crossroads where book lovers and writers meet. Located in the Plateau district, the bookshop offers a wide selection of school and university books, novels and essays. Both beginners and advanced readers will find what they're looking for. In addition to books, the bookshop also sells stationery. Les 4 Vents" regularly welcomes authors for book signings and discussions with readers. For several years now, the bookshop has also been a meeting place for international artists as part of the OFF of the DAK'ART biennial.
