DAKAR FARMERS MARKET

Launched in 2015 by a group of young entrepreneurs, Dakar Farmers Market aims to promote local production. Organic fruit and vegetables, natural cosmetics, home-made jams, farmhouse cheeses, home-made pastries, among other local products, more than 100 exhibitors are now taking their place on the esplanade of the African Renaissance Monument to the delight of visitors, who are increasingly numerous to participate in this convivial event. There is also a restaurant area and games for children.
