GORÉE INSTITUTE

The Institute was established in 1987 to provide a forum for reflection on development and peace in Africa. One of the main goals of its teams is the development of the human, intellectual, artistic and economic creativity of the African continent. In this context artistic residences are organized, mainly focused on visual arts. Artists can take advantage of the engraving studio and printing studio made available to them to produce works that are then exhibited at the institute.
