After eleven years of closure, the museum reopened in 2018! As you walk through it, you will discover the marine environment of Senegalese waters through objects dedicated to fishing, marine species frozen in time in jars containing alcohol, fish skeletons and explanatory panels. The visit then widens to the history linked around the sea with models representing various habitats, stone tools from Cape Manuel or ancient currencies. An instructive visit!
