1 star restaurant in Rhinau serving fresh vegetable dishes from its garden and fish

This beautiful address is an endless source of happiness for nature lovers. It is located in a bucolic setting on the edge of the Brunnwasser River, which is unveiled through the restaurant's beautiful windows. It is a perpetual invitation to enlightened epicurism that has been shining a Michelin star for over 30 years and crowned with 3 toques at Gault & Millau 2018. Chef of training (also elected Pastissier of the Year 2015), Chef Alexis Albrecht delights with maestria his dishes of a multitude of wild plants and fresh vegetables from his vegetable garden. It gives birth to compositions that eat the eyes before eating in the plate. Carpaccio of swordfish with herbs and flowers, staples of veiled veal veal to grenobloise and pancakes at the pill, burst out of deer and Kaseknepfle at basil, delicious seaman at the quenelles of pike and roasted eel, not forgetting the famous boulders to the queen queen. As noted above, Alexis Albrecht is an outstanding pastry maker: Its Festival of Desserts gives great emotions to sweet beaks! Add to this a fantastic wine cellar with some 400 references from all vineyards. Welcome and service as jovial as warm, modern and sober decor decorated with the ceiling of sculpted plant motifs.

Un restaurant qui se veut gastronomique et qui l'est, par son cadre exceptionnel, la mise en valeur de ses assiettes et la qualité des plats servis. Mais ici, l'accueil est resté simple et chaleureux, nul besoin d'être tiré à 4 épingles pour être reçu avec sourire et bienveillance. Les gibiers, les poissons et surtout la matelote, avec des anguilles pour les puristes sont des plats goûteux, savoureux, relevés avec des plantes et fleurs du jardin, ce qui leur donnent une certaine originalité et une saveur particulière et les prix plus que raisonnables.

restaurant avec une magnifique vue sur l'eau. Nous avons pris le menu plaisir qui comprend plusieurs mises en bouche , une entrée, un plat des mignardises et la farandole qui comprend 5 très bons desserts....
un vrai régal ! En plus le personnel est vraiment sympathique ce qui ne gâche rien !

A colourful and inventive cuisine, flowers in many dishes and a small exotic taste quiver making the taste buds. A nice restaurant that deserves its place in the Alsatian gourmet cuisine. Theme is a succession of pleasant surprises, perfectly the wines are well-chosen, the service is friendly.
