This small shop on the road is a mandatory stopover in Oussouye: You will find the best and bissap of the region (pure, which is very rare!). This GIE is maintained by the Christian women in the village who exploit the fruits of the region, very abundant and varied according to the seasons, including bush fruits. They turn them into juice, syrups and jams (more than 1 300 jars per year), based on mango, monkey bread, citrus fruit, bissap, papaya, papaya… bottles come out of a very cold freezer, everything is delicious.
