LA FERME DES COCHONS GOURMANDS

La Ferme des Cochons Gourmands is a charcuterie located in Tanavelle, Cantal. It offers a wide range of farm products, including dry sausages, saucissons, dry-cured ham with Guérande salt, baked pâté, fritons and more. All products are made on the farm in a CE-approved workshop, and are dried in the natural air of the Planèze at an altitude of 1,000 m. They are made the old-fashioned way from family recipes, without colorants or preservatives, and allergen-free. The farm also raises Aubrac cows, whose meat is renowned for its authentic taste. La Ferme des Cochons Gourmands also offers free tours and tastings. Products can also be purchased online or at local markets.
