Jean-Michel Schmit, founder of the Métissons festival, has opened his own small Vietnamese kitchen, in memory of his father of Eurasian origin. His mother, who now lives in France, came to train the cook, Ablaye. He prepares beef ravioli, succulent pork caramel and finger-licking good egg rolls. A small terrace is now available for dining. If it's full, you can have it delivered to Ndar Ndar Café or l'Embuscade. Delivery possible throughout Saint-Louis. An address worth discovering!
