Mariatou, a courageous Saint-Louisian who has worked for several years in the kitchen of a hotel, has opened her small restaurant in the working-class neighborhood of Sor. She is helped by a competent and versatile staff. In the small, airy room or on the rooftop terrace, one can enjoy local dishes and European specialties, concocted with fresh market produce.
