Guy, a Belgian expatriate since 2018 in Saint-Louis, and Mrs. Diarra, a courageous Senegalese woman, took over this room in the Hotel du Palais to open a small, warm fast-food restaurant with quality products and attentive service. The menu features wheat flour pancakes, sweet or savory, paninis and appetizing sandwiches. Students have even adopted it for lunch! Also delicious local juices to enjoy. The fast food restaurant is also known as Chez Natty, named after the daughter of Robert, the former owner.
