The very first hotel in Saint-Louis, opened in 1839! This ochre building with blue shutters is ideally located in the heart of the city. It offers clean but old-fashioned rooms, either ventilated or air-conditioned, on the second floor around a pretty flower-filled patio. The smaller, air-conditioned rooms on the first floor are ideal for less demanding backpackers. The restaurant serves Senegalese dishes, as well as fish and seafood. The hotel is also adjacent to a small fast-food restaurant where you can order burgers, tacos and pizzas.

Attention aux faux avis ! Ce qui devrait s'appeler un hôtel ne peut l'être mais surtout le ministère du tourisme ne devrait JAMAIS laisser ce genre d'endroit ouvert. Etat de saleté, de malpropreté et surtout gestionnaire ou employé manque cruellement de rigueur. Cafards, matelas déchiré et malpropre, salle d'eau dans un état inacceptable de par la saleté et surtout le réseau électrique de la chambre sans la moindre sécurité. Cf photos.

Limpio, comodo, estilosamente afro-colonial, habitaciones entre 15000 y 30000 cfa. El ambiente del bar muy lindo tambien. De lo mas económico dentro de ser arquitectura historica. Parking en la calle frente a la puerta, pero lo vigilan. Recomendado

Le double Burger est juste délicieux, un des meilleurs qui m'eut été donné de manger depuis bien longtemps ! Relevé juste ce qu'il faut, copieux à souhait bref à tenter absolument !
