Paris Alger Dakar is the story of owner Hacene, an Algerian who grew up in Paris and lived in Dakar, before opening this trendy new venue on the island's north quay, opposite the Flamingo. Part bar, part restaurant, part nightclub, the establishment aims to be accessible to all, with low prices. The upstairs terrace is home to the international specialities restaurant, featuring tajines, couscous, paëllas and fish. The bar comes alive every weekend with quality live music. Some rooms upstairs, but noisy.
