Trendy bar of Saint-Louis, where young Saint-Louisians and tourists meet in the evening around a beer. The staff is nice, the atmosphere is friendly and festive, the music is lively. You can also play pool and concerts are regularly organized. Since 2016, the Embuscade has been home to the restaurant Le Réveil run by Mawdo Malick Diop, former chef at Sunu Keur. The menu is quite varied and the Senegalese dishes are well concocted with fresh products. We recommend the chef's specialty, the fricassee of the sea.

So during our trip to Senegal, it takes the desire to us for drinking a beer, to leave an evening at have a little fun, it is not easy to find some things without finding the bars of the luxury hotels (the sort of place where we would ever have gone to France). Except in Saint-Louis, Ambush, where the Senegalese backpackers and young people around a flag or gazelle to a decent price meet. The 2 nice super waitresses even learned to dance the dance of the fan. Really recommended if you walk in the streets of Saint-Louis, you can not miss it.
